Taylor Swift has become quite the New York property owner. According to the “New York Post,” Taylor recently bought a new Tribeca property on the same block where she owns two other properties.
The latest purchase is at 155 Franklin Street, and she reportedly spent $9.75 million on the second-floor apartment. Taylor already owns two top floor apartments in the same building, which she converted into one huge penthouse.
In addition, Taylor also owns an $18 million townhouse at 153 Franklin Street, which is right next door, and in total she's shelled out $47.7 million on her Manhattan pads.
