Third grader John Mota of Corpus Christi, Texas, loves the giant machines and big action of construction sites and was able to make friends with the employees of a construction company when they were near his house on a job.
The workers of the Bay Limited Company knew John’s 10th birthday was coming up, so they showed up at his school in full uniform to wish him a happy birthday on his special day, bringing a card signed by all his new friends -- as well as his very own hard hat, vest and safety glasses.
John’s mother LeeAnn has seen John’s passion for big trucks and machinery grow since seeing his grandfather work on diesel engines. And, she’s thankful for the employees of Bay Limited for giving John a unique glimpse into the world he enjoys so much. (KIII-TV)
