I've been using myfitnesspal.com for awhile to track my calories and exercise. Most days I come pretty close to matching calories.  Sometimes I even have allowable calories left over....yeah, I have to get better at that.  

Yesterday, I actually did it.  I actually matched my daily calories.

For anyone who is doing their best to be get healthier and feel better, don't forget to always celebrate the little victories and DON'T get down on yourself on the little setbacks.
