(Undated) -- Today is the last day for residents to register to vote in the upcoming Pennsylvania primary. Those who still need to register can submit an application at vote-dot-pa-dot-gov or can visit county elections offices. To be eligible to register to vote, a person must be at least 18 years of age, a Pennsylvania resident and must be a U.S. citizen. The Pennsylvania primary is on Tuesday, May 16th.
