Demi Lovato including "therapy" at her concerts

Demi Lovato is trying to help her fans with their mental health. During an appearance on “Good Morning America,” the singer announced that the Los Angeles mental health and wellness group CAST Centers (which she co-owns) will offer inspirational speeches and therapy and wellness workshops before each show on her tour.

“It's basically like a therapy session before the concerts and we have speakers from all over and we're also helping out with different charities from around the country," Demi explains. "So it'll be an incredible, very moving and inspiring experience."

Demi, who was a CAST Center patient in 2011, previously offered similar workshops during her “Future Now” tour with Nick Jonas back in 2016. “I just know how important it is to use my platform to help others and to share my story in hopes that it inspires people to either get into recovery or better themselves,” she adds. “Whatever it is, I just want people to know they're not alone and I'm here for them."
