Mr. Rogers is being remembered by the US Postal Service.
That stamp will be unveiled today during a ceremony at the studio in Pittsburgh, PA where Fred Rogers created and filmed his show. The stamp shows his in the signature cardigan sweater alongside his puppet friend King Friday.
Rogers widow will be on hand as will the man who played Mr. McFeely the deliveryman.
A documentary about Rogers and his groundbreaking show, “Won’t You Be My Neighbor,” will hit theaters on June 8.
