Everyone is so happy for Hoda Kotb. As you know, she announced that she’d adopted a second baby girl, Hope Catherine. And even though Kathie Lee Gifford isn’t doing the fourth hour of “Today,” she still managed to send her congratulations. “Hoda's a momma again! I'm thrilled about that,” she gushed. “I knew that was coming I just didn't know when it was gonna happen.”
