Forgotten Felines and Fidos, one of the region’s longest-standing, no-kill animal shelters, will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a festive event on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019 at the shelter located 6022 Mountain Road, Germansville, PA 18053. The shelter, which works to reduce the population of unwanted and feral cats through a robust trap-neuter-release (TNR) program and low-cost spay/neuter services to the public, invites all animal lovers to celebrate with the volunteers and shelter cats, most of whom are adoptable!
The event, which runs from noon until 5 p.m., features tastings courtesy of 8 Oaks Distillery, Saucony Creek Brewery and Blue Mountain Vineyards, live music with The Acoustic Project, a live remote with Steph from B104, games for kids and adults, shelter tours and visits with the cats and kittens, and more. Tickets are $25 in advance; $30 at the door (for guests who are not partaking of the adult beverages, there is no entrance fee; kids are free but there is a nominal cost for the kids’ games).
