Justin Bieber Celebrates 'Baby' On Song's 10-Year Anniversary

Justin Bieber is celebrating 10 years of “Baby… baby, baby!”

Saturday (January 18) marked a whole decade since the Biebs released his smash hit single “Baby,” which debuted back on January 18, 2010. Bieber, who was just 14 years old when he released the record, shared a subtle tribute on Instagram to honor of one of the greatest hits of his career. Along with an image of the cover artwork for the single, Bieber simple wrote, “10 years 👀.”

Longtime fans will remember “Baby” appears on the 25-year-old’s debut studio album, My World. 2.0., and featured lyrics by Ludacris. As one of the recording artist’s most well-known tunes to date with its catchy, infectious chorus, “Baby” has since garnered 12x Platinum certification and has sold 3.9 million copies on its own. With over 2.1 billion views, the music video for the song has been ranked as one of most-viewed videos on YouTube of all-time.

Bieber’s come a long way since his teeny-bop days, and has matured into one of pop music’s most famous artists.

As previously reported, the “Cold Water” vocalist is slated to release his long-awaited new album sometime in 2020, with a North American concert tour kicking off in May. Bieber signaled his return to music earlier this month with a brand new single called “Yummy” — listen to it here.

Not only is Bieber expected to perform at this year's iHeartRadio Music Awards, he’s also nominated in several categories including Best Collaboration and Best Music Video, Best Lyrics, Best Remix, as well as Best Fan Army, thanks to his Beliebers. Fans will be able to watch the 2020 iHeartRadio Music Awards live on FOX on Sunday, March 29th at 8pm ET. The event will also be broadcast on iHeartMedia stations nationwide and on iHeartRadio.
