According to a new survey, people who spend time outdoors camping are happier, more active, and less stressed than those who don’t camp. The survey found that 48% of campers are happy compared to 35% of non-campers. And the campers don’t even need to be sitting around a campfire to be happy – the survey found that campers "feel happy almost every day" -- even when they aren't camping. 91% of those surveyed said they go camping because it makes them feel relaxed and 97% of campers surveyed said happiness is the biggest reason they go camping.
