Psy’s “Gangnam Style” spent almost five years as the most-watched clip on the site but his reign has finally come to an end.
The new YouTube leader is Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again,” featuring Charlie Puth. As it stands now, “See You Again” has racked up 2,897,588,541 views and counting, as compared to Psy’s video which has about 2,895,099,451 views.
Puth took to Twitter upon hearing the news of the song’s latest milestone. "For the record, I joined @YouTube in 2007 hoping to make a video that would reach 10,000 views,” he writes. “Just heard about See You Again...wow.”
