Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige is the AI Powered Smart Toothbrush We Needed

Philips announced the Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige and it's the AI Powered Smart Toothbrush We All Need In Our Mouths.

So CES 2021 has come and gone but one of the announcements that excited me the most was from none other than Philips. They announced the Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige. 'Okay, so they announced a new toothbrush', you're probably thinking. This isn't just any toothbrush. This is a smart toothbrush - and in this case a really smart toothbrush.

The Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige is an electric toothbrush that works in conjunction with your phone to remove up to 20x more plaque, 15x healthier gums and up to 100% less stains on your teeth in just a few days. It looks pretty incredible. In conjunction with the Philips app, the Sonicare 9900 Prestige automatically gives real time guidance on the motion, position, amount of pressure, duration and frequency of your brushing. You get progress reports daily, weekly, monthly and yearly to help you make sure your keeping up with your dental hygiene. If you brush too hard - which most of us do - the Prestige automatically adjusts and slows down the pressure to give you the correct amount.

I'm really excited to try out the Sonicare 9900 Prestige smart toothbrush when it comes out later this year. One thing the pandemic has helped me with, is to focus on self care - including dental hygiene. While I've always brushed a few times a day, I've realized through my dental appointments at Pike Creek Dental, that poor dental hygiene can lead to major health problems like heart disease. So anything that helps me achieve maximum results is a positive in my book.

Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige launches in April. Check out the Philips website.
