New wearable technology helps you flirt

The gadget – called the Ripple – looks like sparkly fairy wings and uses a camera to determine who’s looking at you. When the camera senses someone that is actually paying attention to you, this thing sends a ripple up your back, letting you know that someone is checking you out.

Ripple also warms up when you make eye contact with your match, which is meant to “help you feel comfortable.”

Of course the problem with all this – besides the obvious creepiness factor – is that you have to walk around with sparkly fairy wings on your shoulders. (Mashable)
