According to a new, unscientific survey conducted by the folks behind Better Call Saul, the average person has broken 32 laws – even though most of them are too minor to even generate a ticket. The most common offenses include:
Bicycling on the sidewalk, illegal in almost every state.
Dropping litter on the street.
Using someone else's wi-fi without permission.
Not cleaning up after your dog does its business.
Eating or drinking while driving – illegal in about half the states. (Metro)
