But! According to Ryan, er, science, it works!
“Take off our shoes and start rubbing your feet,” Ryan shared of when a craving hits. “So massage your feet for 10 minutes. 10 minutes will cut cravings by 72% … don’t question science,” he joked when Sis asked if you could just rub your hand instead. “It’s got to be your feet.”
While it sounds weird, it may just work.
“I’m actually fully going to try this because I get cravings really bad sometimes,” Tanya added.
According to the study, different pressure points on your feet can be used to trigger a variety of responses within your body that may be conducive to weight loss.
