Hailey Bieber just learned the downside of being a traditional girl -- a government agency says she can't get trademarks on a beauty line using her married name.
The model formerly known as Hailey Baldwin tried to register a slew of trademarks under the Bieber Beauty name, but the U.S. Patent Office said that was too close to brands already registered by her hubby Justin. The “Love Yourself” singer has his handle registered for cosmetics, fragrances, shampoos and lotions, so Hailey’s was rejected because of a “likelihood of confusion” and “similarity of marks.”
Oddly enough, The Blast says that Justin's trademark was approved when he was just nine years old -- which seems to show someone in his family was psychic.
