B104 Little Black Dress Party - Know Before You Go!

The B104 Little Black Dress Party is an Invitation Only Event. All invitation winners were called / email and no additional invites are available at this time. Contesting has ended. Also, there will be NO WALK UP entry at event.

BASIC EVENT INFO FOR INVITATION WINNERS / ATTENDEES:

Event Date: This Saturday, May 2nd 

Event Timing: Doors will OPEN at 6:15pm. Bar / Light Hors d'oeuvres should open around 6:30pm. Party ends at 9:30pm. 

Age Limit: This is a 21 & Older Event | no one under 21 permitted | everyone in party should have photo ID ready. 

Event Location: Bear Creek Mountain Resort - Mountain Ballroom off the North Lobby - 101 Doe Mountain Ln, Macungie, PA 18062

ParkingParking is free. Park in the Upper Lots. If upper parking is full, you may need to utilize lower lots.

Check In: Enter through the NORTH LOBBY ... look for the B104 Registration Table. Groups SHOULD wait in lobby and check in when all members have arrived - guest list will be under the invitation winner's name. 

Dress Code: Cocktail Attire or Little Black Dress 

RAFFLES:

  • B104 Raffle (No Cost) - When you check in with B104 ... everyone present in your party will get ONE raffle ticket. Please keep that ticket safe. You will not be issued another, if it's lost. Throughout the night, our B104 Talent will raffle off designer handbags and concert tickets! DC / Mike and Becca will get on the mic and make an announcement to get your tickets ready! | Should you win ... you will be directed to the Promotions Table where you will be required to fill out the proper e paperwork before walking away with your prize! 
  • Blood Cancer United Raffle (Separate Cost) - Our friends at Blood Cancer United WILL be hosting a basket raffle in the ballroom. That is a separate cost, should you choose to participate. They will accept CASH and Card. They will draw those winners at the end of the party. 

Event Notes (Food / Belongings / Tables):

  • We will have LIGHT Hors d'oeuvres ... both passed and stationed from about 6:30pm - 8pm. Menu will include: charcutier board, beef sliders & tator tot bar. Passed items to include: meatballs, chicken skewers, and bruschetta. From 8-10pm cookies and brownies will be available. We recommend that you eat dinner prior to attendance. 

  • All drinks are a CASH BAR ... Soda and Alcohol. Look for our special 'Strawberry Rose' cocktail drink at the Bar with some proceeds benefitting Blood Cancer United. Also, B104 reminds you to be safe, and designate a driver for the night. 

  • It is a cocktail dance party. Dance Music will be provided by DJ Cap Cee. We will have a few photo stations as well ... photo booth, red carpet photo area and our friends from the Ringling Brother's Circus will also have a photo op and some special guest entertainers. 
  • This is 'not' a seated dinner party. There will be 'some seated tables' and 'high top round tables' at this event, but it is recommended that tables only be used for a 'break' from the dancing and not 'saved' throughout the night. There will be coat racks available for coats / sweaters / etc. Please keep valuables at home or with you at all times. 

  • On the way out at 9:30 ... we will have single carnations for all attendees courtesy of Precious Petals.
