For a second time, a review of a data center project across from Parkland High School has been delayed again. Back in February, a meeting was cancelled to give the applicant a chance to address comments made by township staff and consultants. Now, a Thursday night meeting on Project Atlas has been yanked from the agenda of the South Whitehall Township Planning Commission. It's going to be very hot and humid today. "That kind of enviroment just lends itself to some thunderstorms bubbling up. We think that happens at some point mid-to-late afternoon so any time after 3 or 4 o'clock we run the risk of a thunderstorm. If you get one tropical downpours and damaging winds are certainly are on the table. That will last until maybe 8 or 9 o'clock tonight and then things quiet down overnight," says Accu-Weather's Joe Lundberg. He says that's today forecast and tomorrow's as well.

It's race week at Pocono Raceway and track president Ben May says the economic impact is huge. "We just had an economic impact survey done. It came back that Pocono Raceway brought about $126 million in economic output in support of the Commonwealth. Obviously, the bulk of that is coming from the raceway side," May says. There are three races at Pocono beginning Friday afternoon with an ARCA Series race. That's followed Saturday afternoon by the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Race and then the main attraction Sunday afternoon when NASCAR's best take the checkered flag at 3pm.

Her husband Bob Menendez already started serving his 11 year prison sentence for his role in the federal corruption case that involved accepting cash, gold bars and gifts. The Justice Department had opposed her bid to delay her request to delay her incarceration.

The neighboring Morris County Prosecutor's Office handled the investigation to avoid any conflicts of interest.

The latest test results show it is now safe to go swimming again at two beaches in Ocean and Cape May counties, but not at a lake beach in Gloucester County. Tuesday's first results of samples taken Monday found too much fecal bacteria in the water at both beaches.
