The Los Angeles Police Department are investigating an incident that occurred between Ye and a man who allegedly "sexually assaulted" his wife Bianca Censori.
According to a report TMZ published on Wednesday, April 17, the LAPD received a complaint from a man who alleged Ye punched him in the face on Tuesday night. The couple fled the scene after the situation unfolded, but a rep for Ye claims the man was punched right after he allegedly "sexually assaulted" Censori.
"'Grabbed' is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened," Ye's rep told the outlet. "Bianca was physically assaulted."
"The assailant didn't merely collide into her," the rep continued. "He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted."
The man in question did not need any medical treatment after the punch. Nonetheless, police are still investigating and plan to speak with Ye to get a better understanding about what happened.
Ye's run-in with the unidentified man is just the latest assault accusation the rapper has received within the past year. Back in January, an autograph dealer sued the "Carnival" artist for assault and battery after he allegedly hit him "multiple times." The man said Ye struck him in Downtown L.A. after he asked for an autograph in 2022. Last year, a photographer accused him of grabbing her phone out of her hands and chucking it into an intersection. Both incidents were caught on camera, however, he was not charged with any crimes.
