(Harrisburg, PA) -- High schoolers in northeast Pennsylvania have a chance to Paint the Plow. PennDOT is offering high school students a chance to design a paint job for one of its plows this winter. The idea is to get young people thinking about safe winter driving. The theme this year is 'Use your reason when it's freezin.' Applications are due by Friday, September 13th, and original designs are due by the end of the month. PennDOT says winners will be chosen after that.
