Looks like Justin Bieber may be in trouble again. TMZ reports he’s being investigated for headbutting someone during a pre-GRAMMY event at the Italian restaurant Serefina in Los Angeles.
The site claims Justin and Kyle Massey were “play fighting” when the singer noticed someone recording and Justin asked them to stop and delete the video. When the person resisted, Justin went after the guy.
Someone from the restaurant reportedly called the cops but Justin was gone by the time they arrived. Cops report they have a witness who says he saw Justin "get into two separate altercations with two bartenders.” After the fight was broken up Justin was asked to leave but the witness then saw Biebz "arguing with a patron" and he then "head-butted the patron." The victim doesn’t want to press charged, but cops are still investigating.
TMZ initially reported that it was a staffer at the restaurant who was doing the recording, but a rep for Serefina says none of their staffers were the victim of the headbutting. The restaurant insists they have no problem with Biebz, telling TMZ, "We always have a pleasant experience with Mr. Bieber whenever he comes to Serafina."
