Ariana Grande has officially suspended her European tour in the wake of the terrorist attack at her Manchester show earlier this week that left 22 people dead and many more injured.
“Due to the tragic events in Manchester, the 'Dangerous Woman Tour' with Ariana Grande has been suspended until we can further assess the situation and pay our proper respects to those lost,” Grande’s team said in a statement. “We ask at this time that we all continue to support the city of Manchester and all those families affected by this cowardice and senseless act of violence. Our way of life has once again been threatened but we will overcome this together.”
Ari’s tour was supposed to pick up again today with a two-night stand London’s O2 Arena. Those shows have been canceled, as well as all dates through June 5th in Switzerland. The tour is expected to run in Europe through June 17th in Italy, with dates in Latin America to follow.
