Miley Cyrus, Chris Stapleton and Aerosmith’s Joe Perry are just a few of the artists donating custom-designed Gibson guitars to raise funds for VH1’s Save The Music Foundation.
It’s the 20th anniversary of the organization, which raises awareness and money for music education, and they’ve recruited 20 musicians and visual artists to turn the instruments into art pieces, which will be auctioned off at Julien's Auctions in October.
Other artists involved in the project include Mark Ronson, Shawn Mendes, Patti Smith, Slash, Nile Rodgers, Wyclef Jean, Gary Clark, Jr. and My Morning Jacket’s Jim James.
