The parking lot of a Burger King restaurant in Denville, New Jersey, was extra busy last week as two babies were delivered by police officers there just one day apart.
The first baby – a boy – was born last Friday evening when the parents got stuck in heavy traffic on the way to the hospital and had to pull over into the parking lot. They called 911, and a short time later, two police officers – along with local firefighters – arrived to help the woman give birth.
Then, about 25 hours later, police received a similar call. Another woman was in labor in the same Burger King parking lot.
The couple was also on the way to a local hospital when the mother-to-be began to experience severe contractions. The same two police officers responded to the call and assisted in the birth of this baby … another boy! (People)
