Mandi Shepard left work only to find her car's back bumper had been scratched. She didn't see a note, but as she was driving home, she spotted an envelope rolled up in a baggie.
It turns out whoever scratched her car left an apology note, $40, and half a joint. "Hey I am very sorry truley. I am such a dumba**," the note reads. "Please forgive me. Sorry 4 the scratch man."
Mandi says she's going to use the cash to try and fix her bumper, but she's not sure what to do with the weed because she's a runner and doesn't smoke.
