Because laws about teens driving have gotten more complicated, some states are requiring parents to take driver’s ed courses along with their kids.
For example, in Connecticut, parents have to attend a two-hour training session with their 16- or 17-year-old driver before the kid can even take the licensing test. Massachusetts has a similar requirement in place as well – and other states are looking into doing this as well. (Consumerist)
