Being on the shorter side might actually come with some health perks! Research shows shorter people may have a lower risk of cancer, are less likely to develop blood clots, and have a reduced chance of breaking a hip thanks to a lower center of gravity. And here’s a big one: studies suggest shorter folks may even live two to five years longer than their taller counterparts. Pretty good news for the vertically challenged!
