Brain‑boosting beer? Yep — according to a new study, your favorite brew might actually have a little nutritional upside. Researchers say a standard serving of beer can provide about 15 percent of your daily Vitamin B6, which is good for brain health.
That said, health experts are quick to add this little reminder: you can get the same dose of B6 — or even more — from something as simple as a banana or a potato… without the downsides that come with alcohol. So, enjoy responsibly — or just reach for the produce aisle instead
