“Roseanne” Success May Spur Even More Reboots - Old is in and stronger than ever!
Get ready for more classic sitcoms to get rebooted following the success of "Roseanne." NBC network chairman Robert Greenblatt told "The Hollywood Reporter" the network is considering revivals of "The Office," “West Wing,” and "30 Rock." Both shows have been off the air for five years.
But, two huge shows from the network will never start back up. He said shows like "Friends" and "Seinfeld" have no chance of coming back, despite popular demand. He says the main reason many are not getting rebooted is actors are asking for more many than the network is willing to pay. Source: Hollywood Reporter
