On April 25 at approximately 3:30AM PSP Chambersburg responded to the 12000 block of Pen Mar Rd for a report of a missing 4 year old female.(DOB 4/6/15) Crews are still on scene and multiple resources are being utilized.
Female is: Gemma Moats / she was last seen wearing a pink silk shirt, shorts and no shoes. She has curly blonde, shoulder length hair.
She was last seen on April 24 at approximately 730pm.
